Damn… I just read some crazy shit. It seems like it ain’t ever gonna end. Rappers get locked up left and right… makes me wonder why heavy metal stars don’t get locked up as much… don’t they have a bunch of pictures with guns, chainsaws and drugs too? Anyway, check this out:

Top Rapper Lil Wayne is set to plead to 8 months in jail for alleged involvement with a 40 caliber gun found on his tour bus in 2007 while in New York. On July 22, 2007, Lil Wayne was arrested in New York City following a performance at the Beacon Theatre; the New York City Police Department discovered Lil Wayne and another man smoking marijuana near a tour bus. After taking Lil Wayne into custody, police discovered a pistol on his person, and he was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and marijuana.
